  • Karen Bain

    Senior Property Consultant

    Karen is determined and dedicated in her pursuit of excellence. Dynamic and forceful in the extreme, if anyone can hit a deadline, it’s Karen!

    Leading the Company with positive enthusiasm, she has the knack of bringing out the best in her team. With over 20 years experience, having worked from the very bottom all the way to the top, there is no situation Karen has not yet overcome!

    Karen prefers to spend her time with her family and friends. The highlight of the week is her Husbands Sunday Roast, and she saves up all her calories just for this one meal!

  • Nicola Nyack

    Property Manager

    Bright and vivacious Nicola has worked in the property business for over 8-years in both sales and lettings, and is an excellent negotiator! Having lived in both Little Venice and now St Johns Wood, she knows our area like the back of her hand!

    Nicola is the life and soul of any party. She brightens up your day, and has a dedicated client base who appreciates her candor and energy!

    Nicola likes to think she works so hard that she has no free time at all! But claims if she did, you would catch her in The Waterway sipping an ice cold glass of champagne (or perhaps the bottle with just a straw!)

  • Sally Makepeace-Taylor

    Operations Manager

    Office Supremo, Sally is the pulse of the back office! With over 15-years in the industry she is methodical, practical and diligent.

    Her ability to ensure our Clients needs are met together with her no-nonsense approach means you always know where you are with her and what to expect, a refreshing experience for all our Clients!

    Sally loves a simple life, she enjoys socializing with friends, family and colleagues. She cooks a mean BBQ and there is a waiting list for invitations! If you catch her on the Tennis Courts, come prepared, she played for Surrey and has a mean back hand!”

  • Rachel O’Connor

    Property Management Assistant

    Rachel is the baby in the office, having started out as our Office Junior and quickly progressed up the ladder to Back Office Support, assisting our Office Manager.

    Rachel loves travelling, music, fashion and all things girlie! An ex child model for Vogue, she always has the boys in a spin!

  • Natalia Michault

    Property Co-Ordinator

    Our newest addition to the team comes from a background in business development and marketing. Her years of experience dealing with all types of client issues have given her insight into what clients really need.

    Natalia’s management of our coordinators removes the frustration of being left on hold or passed over to a voice mail. She ensures your requirements are dealt with effectively and efficiently; giving you and our fellow team members the support and structure needed to “Close that Deal!”

    Natalia loves chocolate, and her nick-name in the office is “Nutella”. She also loves cooking, travelling, and is a flamenco & salsa superstar!
