Our service enables our Vendors to enter into a form of “secure sale”, negating the frustration of dealing with numerous involved parties and therefore protecting any sales transactions, from the very start of negotiations, through to the completion.

How? We do this by eliminating any abortive sales costs by way of securing the sale on the agreement to cover any conveyance and / or solicitors costs. These costs incorporated as part of the purchase assure that both parties are committed to the purchase and both Vendors and Purchasers can mitigate any losses!

Security of sale: Purchase agreements between both parties establish total commitment to the sale of any property, without unnecessary delays or last minute changes.

Vendors Costs covered: If the purchaser pulls out from the sale for any reason other than the Vendors breach of the terms and conditions of the sale. The amount of cover for abortive sales is by the mutual agreement of both parties and only covers conveyance and / or solicitors costs.

The Costs to our Clients (Vendors)
We invoice 3% of the final completion price. Our fees are agreed in advance and become due on exchange.
